I am 20 years old. I am attending Southern University at Shreveport for nursing. I got accepted into spring clinical and I'm very excited to start in January! I can't wait to be finished with school, although that seems like FOREVER away! I am a full time student and employee&nbsp;of Willis Knighton Medical Center. My job is awesome because they let me come in whenever I want during the week. My only scheduled days are on the weekends but even while I'm at work I'm still able to work on school work. <br /><br />My favorite time of year is October through November, which we happen to almost be in now! I love Halloween, Thanksgiving and ESPECIALLY Christmas! Everyone just seems so happy and content with their lives this time of year. I enjoy the crisp weather too but that's probably because&nbsp;I have lived in Louisiana my whole life where it is hot and humid for what feels like 90% of the year. The only bad thing about cold weather is that it's SO hard to get out of the warm, cozy bed when it's freezing! I can't wait to put up my little Christmas tree; last year I was so excited I put it up in October but I'll try to refrain until after Thanksgiving this year! My favorite past time is to read! I could bury myself in a good book all day.
